Welcome to the Sonoma County Knitting Guild!

      Every year, SCKG holds two retreats, one in June, the other in November. The weekend retreats are typically held at St. Dorothy's Rest in Camp Meeker, CA.

      Our next retreats are June 2006 and November 2006.

      June Retreat

      Our June retreats at St. Dorothy's are informal in that there are no scheduled speakers or programs. Local and not so local knitters come to spend the weekend in pretty, rustic surroundings in the company of knitters.

      Included in the $200 registration fee are the following classes:

        Knitting as a Metaphor for Life
        (1 hour; open to all registrants)

        What Do You Want to do With the Rest of Your Life
        (1 hour; open to all registrants)

      There will be three optional classes with Sally:

        First Choices and Basic Shapes
        (3 hours; limited to 24 participants $30)

        Learning to Love Intarsia
        (3 hours; limited to 24 participants; $30)

        Advanced Shaping
        (3 hours; limited to 24 participants; $30)

      Registration will be open to SCKG members starting in August 2006. If there are any spaces still available, registration will open to non-SCKG members starting September 15, 2006.
